Alternative is a market-leading, nationwide, independent digital document solutions provider. As a Canon-accredited partner, it focuses its expertise around the Canon portfolio of print and document solutions, and offers much higher levels of service than multi-franchised dealers in the UK. Alternative came to us through recommendation and required a complete revamp of its existing website.
What We Did //
First, we discussed the company’s aims and ambitions in order to fully understand the message the website needed to communicate. While Alternative had an extremely good long-standing reputation, it was failing to secure many new business leads because of its out-of-date presence online. The website had to highlight its USPs over and above competitors.
We devised a strong visual presence using both graphics and copy to echo the three key words the company links closely to its business strengths. We complemented these images with their core product (Canon print machines), so their exact business was portrayed immediately. Four destination touch points were created for the sectors in which they work.
